FCC teams have torn down and then rebuilt the entire front of my building. An amazing job at each stage! I'v seen alot of professional teams and this is, by far, the best! Professional, super skilled, great team camaraderie, new equipment, and everyone is busy all the time! What really pulls this massive effort together is their foreman/leader: Brandon W. He is outstanding!! The entire team is! He is there early every day before his crews and is there after they all leave. He communicates often and accurately. I can trust when Brandon tells me something. So FCC replaced with better materials, better construction techniques and a brighter, cleaner finish. All around, each stage: STELLAR. Bravo! Thank you FCC!

My HOA hired this company for some exterior siding work. I met two of the workers and after a few days inspected the work they had done and I was impressed. Having over 20 years in the renovation business myself I was very satisfied with the skill and knowledge of these specific workers and they did find some other issues...overall they were great!This company apparently appreciates skilled workers and trains them to meet high standards....Will definitely keep this company's contact info

FCC Builders replaced the structural support beam on the porch balcony giving us piece of mind knowing the balcony is properly engineered and structurally sound. I was very pleased with the finished project cosmetically as well. The replacement paint matched the original perfectly. Work area was left immaculate. I was very pleased with the quality of worked performed. The communication was excellent, and the project was performed in a timely manner. Brendan, Chris, and Adam were a pleasure to work with and I would definitely to use them again in the future.

Florida Certified Contractors just completed a painting project in Makarios Carriage Homes, a neighborhood I recently moved to from Georgia. The FCC employees I interacted with on several occasions were caring, kind and thoughtful. I especially want to recognize Henry & Misael who were a great team working together. We had some structural repairs that needed to be done at our condo. Our HOA took control and requested bids. FCC was the lowest bid, and they were the closest to us. I can honestly say that they did a fantastic, quick job! We couldn’t be more please and Ryan my rep was flat out awesome with pictures and texts keeping me updated all along the way. Wow let me tell you it's nice to see that FCC at least has two people there that know what they are doing and are very well with people they were just awesome at what they did here they actually know what they're doing and they care about what they were doing Henry and Terrence were just awesome I would have them come back and do any kind of work that they would need to do and I would trust them to do it and you don't have to watch him breathing down their necks or even get upset the work they did was fantastic you guys keep up the good work cuz FCC Construction definitely needs more of you two again awesome job you two

FCC has provided exceptional service from contract to project completion. We had our second story porch completely replaced from water damage. Wow, they had to hold up our roof while replacing all of the support beams, incredible. The FCC team, Jessie, Brian, Lamont, and Jose we very professional. The team showed up every day, cleaned up at the end of each day, and were in constant contact with us throughout the progress of the project. I live in Sumerlin apartments and Recently had a crew working on the windows and the outside of my apartment.
